The programs listed below are six month programs. It takes awhile to get your health and wellness in balance and as we make the changes needed you will see the results you are looking for that will stay with you for a lifetime.
Bronze program:
2 one hour sessions per month by phone or in person.

Once a month cooking class: I will come to your house and help you prepare 6 meals to make and have ready in the freezer for you on those nights when you just don’t have time to cook. Grocery list and recipes will be provided.
