Noelle Armstrong, HHC, AADP
Let me tell you a little about myself! I love to spend quiet time with my two children Maddie & Jack and my Husband John. I love to spend great times laughing with my friends. One of my favorite things to do is relax and read. "Mommy time!" Recharging the battery is one of the most important things to do for health and wellness. My favorite food is hummus and tabouli. My indulgence is anything with peanut butter/almond butter and chocolate! One crazy cool thing I've done is hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and camped overnight!
Just the facts:
I am a graduate of Bridgewater State College class of 1990 with a BS in Education. I am also a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Counselor, 2006. I am the Founder and Owner of Holistic and Realistic Health and Wellness. I am a Graduate of the Graduate/Mentoring Program at IIN as of June 22, 2008. I also facilitate many workshops and write articles for Aspire Magazine. My health career was really quite a journey. After a cardiac virus and a serious car accident, I knew my life needed to change. I know the battles of weight loss after trying every program throughout my 20's and then finally taking charge of my own health at 36 years old and losing 50 pounds! :) Helping clients clean up the confusion around healthy eating, my specialties are weight loss, working with clients and watching their transformation, and easy, fun cooking classes. It can be so easy to eat healthy and feed your family nourishing foods!
I am eager to meet with you and help you on your journey!
Health and Happiness,
Noelle
