Unlimited support from members of the group and Noelle to help you reach your goals.
This program will run consecutively for 8 weeks. Meetings will start at 7 and end at 8:30. There will be a question and answer session at the end of every meeting.
What you will need to bring is a great positive attitude and a willingness to try something new that may change your life!
