What is Holistic Health?

A health coach is a nutrition expert, wellness authority and a supportive coach. People work with health coaches to achieve their health goals in areas such as weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy and digestion.

Together, with my clients, I would customize a plan to upgrade their nutritional and dietary needs. During a six month program, clients develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for them, and implement lasting changes that improve their energy, balance and health.
