        6 month programs: Taking time to get your health and wellness in balance. We make the changes needed & the results you are looking for  will stay with you for a lifetime.     

Bronze program:

  • 2 one hour sessions per month by phone or in person
  • Quick and easy recipes that are delicious and family friendly. 
  • Lifestyle suggestions to put into place to make the changes you need to succeed.
  • A nutritional plan that will work for you and your individual needs helping you achieve your goals.
  • Email support in between sessions, so you will not feel like you are alone in your journey.  I am there to guide you through this as your “guide on the side.”
  • Monthly newsletter with recipes and healthy ideas and tips to put in to place.
  • Monthly vitamins, grocery lists, and recipes for each week provided.


 
 Silver program:

  • 2 one hour sessions per month either by phone, or in person.
  • Quick and easy recipes that are delicious and family friendly!
  • Lifestyle suggestions to put into place to make the changes you need to succeed.
  • A nutritional plan that will work for you and your individual needs to help you achieve your goal.
  • Email support in between sessions, so you will not feel like you are alone in your journey.  I am there to guide you through this as your “guide on the side”
  • Weekly check-ins to follow up on progress and to help you stay focused on your goals.
  • Grocery list and menus for the week, specifically for you and your needs.
  • Supplement guidance for better health and wellness. 
  • Monthly vitamins provided.
  • Once a month cooking class:  I will come to your house and help you prepare 6 meals to make and have ready in the freezer for you on those nights when you just don’t have time to cook. Grocery list and recipes will be provided. ​


3 Month “Health up Plan” : This is for the individual who is very motivated create lifestyle changes, wanting a shorter program, to fit in to your lifestyle.

  • Evaluation and health history to help you reach your goals. 2 one hour sessions per month by phone.

  • Lifestyle suggestions to put into place to make the changes needed to succeed.
